Questions buyers ask us
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 carpets — enough for one site, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Will the logo wear off under foot traffic?
Not on dyed carpets. The colour is in the fibre rather than on the surface, which is why a printed entrance mat fails and a dyed one does not.
Can you match our brand colours exactly?
Yes. We dye to your references and confirm the match on your mockup before any carpet is made.
Which type do I need?
Dyed entrance carpet for doorways, broadloom for wall-to-wall areas, tiles where spills are likely, printed runners for events, exhibition carpet for stands, cut pile for premium interiors.
Can you cut to our floor plan?
Yes. Send dimensions or a stand plan and we cut to the footprint so there is no trimming on site.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw it to carpet scale and set up the repeat at no charge.
